Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested from 6SKINS under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was sent.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product has been tampered with before delivery.
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the order by emailing customersupport@6skins.com and providing the order details together with photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
Returned products must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Be approved by 6SKINS before being returned.
6SKINS reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a replacement or refund.
2. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the purchase transaction.
Refund processing may take between 10 and 45 days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank and payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, damaged, or tampered product supplied by 6SKINS.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
4. Replacements
Where a return request is approved due to an incorrect, defective, damaged, or tampered product, 6SKINS may offer a replacement of the same item, subject to product availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
5. Payment Information
6SKINS will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
