Delivery Policy

1.    Order Processing and Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation.

Customers will receive an order confirmation and payment confirmation by email immediately after a successful transaction. In some cases, delivery of the confirmation email may take up to 15 minutes depending on the email service provider. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at info@6skins.com.

2.        Transportation

When you select a shipping method, you authorize 6SKINS to arrange delivery through a third-party courier service on your behalf. We work with reputable courier partners to ensure efficient and secure delivery of your order.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@6skins.com for assistance.

3.        Delivery Times

6SKINS delivers orders throughout the United Arab Emirates and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

4.        Delivery Notes

** Dubai Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

** Other UAE Locations: Orders placed during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed outside business hours, on Sundays, or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

** International Orders: Customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by promotional campaigns, sale periods, public holidays, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.        Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS. Our delivery partner may contact you to confirm your delivery address or arrange delivery.

Delivery may be delayed if we are unable to contact you or if incorrect delivery information has been provided.

6.           Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. If incorrect address details are provided and an order must be re-shipped, additional delivery charges may apply.
