I've been taking these pills every morning with my protein shake for just over a month now. My skin has developed a noticeable glow (according to comments from other people) and looks much fresher. The pills are relatively small and easy to swallow. There's no aftertaste after taking and no tummy-related side effects. They're expensive at £26 for one month supply (at the time of writing this review) but I'm a firm believer in getting what I pay for.
